"After a long walk along the canal, the 7 of us (and 2 dogs) popped into The Talbot for lunch. It has 2 main rooms with the back room extending into more of a dining area. The toilets are near the rear door, leading to a beer garden, which looked OK but might be more appealing in the Summer. Inside was very well presented, shining taps, clean, warm and welcoming I would happily come here again. The Craddock's beer was well kept but as only 2 staff members were working (chef and bar/food server) with 15+ punters eating and drinking, service was a little slower than I would expect but they worked as fast as they could and were still very attentive. The little wait was well worth it! I had the fish pie, it was labelled as home made and it showed, full of flavour, a decent portion and my side of cabbage was properly cooked with just a little crunch. Others had different pies and everyone enjoyed their meal. Main meals priced around the £12 14 mark and great value in my opinion. We all enjoyed our visit and would happily return, especially as it is dog friendly."

We enjoyed two meals at Talbot, one dinner on Saturday night and the other for Sunday lunch. Both meals were excellent. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great.

We had the most fantastic lunch and service when we called in to the The Talbot 8th Nov 2023. The bacon, brie and cranberry toast sandwich was to die for and the side salad and crisps. We will definitely be back just for lunch again very soon. The staff were so lovely and friendly.

What a great Sunday lunch! The quality and quantity of food is fantastic. With a variety of veg and a Yorkshire pudding to die for! All this topped of with a pint Brummie Bitter what more could you want on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Thank you Andy and Aimee for an outstanding lunchtime treat

A fabulous local pub in Droitwich. An excellent array of Craddocks ales as well as guest ales. The food is always first class, particularly the Sunday lunches. Always a friendly welcome from Andy, Aimee and the team, great beer garden and terrace too. Also a very dog-friendly pub. Best pub in Droitwich !!

Recently upgraded their kitchen and advertise food in the week up till 8pm. Also advertise outside on a bill board food available. Asked twice if there was food being served and told they would let us know. No response and staff member just sat down and had a drink. Very poor customer service. No idea if they will serve food but would not bother trying with such poor service.

This pub in Droitwich is known for its incredibly friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The Sunday lunch is particularly impressive, as it can be customized to your preference. The regular menu is also delicious, with all meals prepared fresh to order. The pub offers a great selection of beer and ales, and the cozy ambiance makes it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a meal.

Located in the charming old town of Droitwich, The Talbot is a cozy restaurant with log burners and welcoming staff. The menu may be simple, but it consistently delivers high quality dishes. With a wide variety of ales, ciders, and lagers, as well as a well-stocked wine and spirits bar, it creates the perfect atmosphere for a local pub. A seasonal highlight is the Friday and Saturday pizza nights, featuring homemade pizzas of exceptional quality. The restaurant is also dog-friendly, making it a great spot for all members of the family to enjoy.

Absolutely top notch pub. A proper local where you are welcomed as a friend. Andy his team are amazing serve wonderful, home cooked food, which you can tell, is made with love. Family I went for Sunday lunch a couple of us had the roast beef, which was gorgeous I had the chicken pie which was stunning. All vegetable accompaniments were nicely cooked, not hardly cooked like you get at some places. We even had a special request, a roast beef lunch to takeaway, for my daughter who wasn't feeling well at home. This request was fulfilled without a bother the lunch was put in lovely containers, which were easily transported home. Even when warmed up later, everything tasted fabulous! There's lots...
