"Went here last night for food. We assumed we wouldn’t have to book as it was midweek but they had a big party in! Even though they’d been super busy before we arrived, the staff were accommodating, helpful and chatted which was lovely! I’m gluten free and they had loads on the menu which was also fab. The food was great. Thanks for a great meal!"

"we just returned from a short break in lenchford inn. from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean with everything we needed, and a balcony with magnificent view over the river severn. the food was delicious and I highly recommend the homemade salmon table cake and my man said that the gammon was so tender that he hardly needed to chew! after our meal we went through the well-stocked bar, where workers and guests joined together to make a wonderful atmosphere. the break was a gift to me, but we both said that we would return in the future definitiw. childcare mary mick."

"I don't even know where to begin with this review! The restaurant is absolutely amazing, very welcoming and extremely friendly. The staff were helpful and polite, with smiles all around. The food was beautifully presented, delicious, and very filling. It's clear that every staff member truly cares about their job. The servers were attentive, polite, and easy to approach. The chef paid attention to every detail, and the manager was friendly and even knew some of the regulars by name, which was a nice touch. The prices were very reasonable, and I would definitely come back without hesitation. Thank you Cross Keys for a fantastic afternoon. (Time for a nap now!!!) "The staff here are absolutely fantastic, and the food is amazing. The place is clean and comfortable, so I would definitely recommend it. However, the shower wasn't great. I slept well on the first night, but an unexpected guest at the end of my bed kept me awake on the second night. Overall, I would definitely return for the great food and sleeping arrangements."

"Visited because I wanted to see what it was like after the refit and have visited The Elms Hotel which is part of the same collection, The Elms is a lovely hotel so had high hopes for this place. Easy to park at the side of the place. It's very quirky inside with different rooms of various sizes off the main room. There's loads of items on the sides of the place, it's not that clear if these are for sale or just for show. Coffee is expensive at £4 and it's not particularly a large cup in comparison to lots of other places. The place was absolutely freezing, it appears that all the money was spent on the refit but they ran out of money for heaters. One strange thing I found was that because it's small little rooms set off the main room, if there's already a table of people in one of the rooms, it makes you feel slightly awkward walking in on them and then to sit on a neighbouring table. It would have been better to have had one large room I think. Didn't eat because I was too cold to stay around any longer. They really need to get the heating fixed, it wasn't a particularly cold day either. Such a shame because it's quirky and looks good on the surface but I won't visit again I'm afraid."
