"Our first time eating here and the food was lovely. The parmo was huge and really tasty and so were the burgers. We got the meal deal (parmo and a pint) which was £8.95 and my partner for the same but with a tower burger and a pint. As I'm pregnant she swapped my pint to two soft drinks for the same price. We only waited around 10/15 minutes from ordering so came really quick. We will definitely be returning soon."

What a lovely place, fabulous Sunday roast and great team work very polite and helpful. I was there on Easter Sunday and they were busy organising an Easter egg hunt for the little ones .. lovely. Definitely come again.

Great local! Very reasonable prices for food and drink. Food is lovely and often has mega deals on. The Spring deal 3 courses for £15 is a recent highlight. Great atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming staff. £5 for pizza and chips or parmo and chips as a deal too.

Great way to have an early light dinner for three is us, none are big eaters so the starters were perfect to share. We normally go between 4 -5 pm so it's not too busy. Wheelchair access and during the warmer weather it is lovely to sit outside. The bar staff are very helpful and pleasant. Toilets very clean.

Cannot underate food as its fab but there's no heating warm enough to serve families or babies. I went for food between 2 pm to 3pmI had to keep my outer garments on to keep warm. Also all the white walls with sayings need some colour its not a hospital ward. White with grey wordings, sorry. Where is the xmas spirit. Lovely burgundy and dark green walls would look lovely and homely this time of year.

"We had booked the table almost 3 weeks in advanced. When we arrived we were sat on one of the lower tables where half of our table wasn’t under the canopy it had been raining most of the day so we asked if we could move to the free table under the raised part of the beer garden under the heaters which was declined. We were advised another table had booked this, yet there isn’t any option to book specific tables on booking. It seemed the table had been reserved for a regular, in my view. We had to ask 2 members of staff about a table move and it took around 10 minutes before our drinks order or menus were given. We ordered drinks and food (including paid side sauces) and no sauces were given when food arrived. I had to wait around 10 minutes and ask 3 different members of staff for the sauces we had ordered. Equally when our food was given our drinks were just about empty no offer or order for drinks. We only ended up having 2 drinks in the two hours we were there due to the lack of service had staff been attentive to our table we would have had opportunity to order a lot more. The food was amazing, I can’t fault that at all. However the very disappointing service is enough to put me off booking again. It may be that the table is out of staffs eyeline hence the lack of service perhaps make sure if you book you’re on the raised platform rather than on the sides!"
