"Visited the restaurant yesterday with my family. Soon as we arrived we were greeted so warmly and seated almost straight away. The restaurant has a lovely burning pizza oven all made and served in front of you. The restaurant has a wonderful ambience and feel good environment to seat in specially on colder days. The guys who greeted and served us through out our meal which was delicious and full of yummy options quite reasonably priced on the menu. Also I recommend to try the coffee its gorgeous and distinct taste. All our experience during our stay was comfortable and inviting from the service to the food. I recommend you visit here if you’re in or around yarm for an evening meal or quick bite both are great ideas. The people who work here are amazingly passionate and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for your amazing service and experience you gave."

Went on Friday evening and as always Peter the owner was friendly and hospitable. Even though it was really busy the service was spot on. The food was delicious with decent portions and yes we will be back again soon. Excellent evening !

I asked a friend for a lunch recommendation in Yarm and he suggested Cena, saying it was "head and shoulders above everywhere else." I am happy to report that his recommendation was spot on - the food was amazing, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was gorgeous. We will definitely be returning!

The food was good overall, but we were disappointed that they were out of brioche buns for our burger. It's not a huge deal, but a burger just tastes better in a brioche bun. If they had told us when we ordered, we could have chosen something else from the menu. The presence of flies in the kitchen area is unacceptable and should be addressed.
