"We walked in and was made to feel as welcome as a fart in a space suit from a guy dressed like he'd just been on stage with The Happy Monday's he barked at us the took us to a table. The food arrived and it had coloured chips well one was green. On leaving payed by card and it didn't go through, we sat and finished our drinks we where about to leave when a waitress rushed over shouting. You can't leave you've not paid. As the whole pub looked at us. The PDQ machine wasn't working properly so we paid and left with no thanks.... we will not be returning and we only live in Pocklington."

My husband and I both ordered steak at this restaurant, with him getting the ribeye and me getting the sirloin. Both dishes were delicious and we enjoyed them with a bottle of red Merlot. The staff were very attentive to any dietary restrictions and allergies. Parking was easy with plenty of space and the restaurant had a good price range of £60-70 per person. I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.

We enjoy eating at The Three Cups as a family. However on this occasion two of our group chose the chicken with pork option. The chicken and pork were tough and pork left by both people leaving little to eat and the chicken was hard to cut through. We were disappointed as we were treating the family to a birthday celebration. Will definitely come again as one grandson plays football for Stamford Bridge and the Three Cups is nearby the football ground.
