"Discovered this lovely eating spot on our walk on Sunday. Hadn’t expected to make such a lovely find but judging by the number of customers coming and going, the locals had already made this their regular brunch stop. It’s easy to see why. The menu was extensive, particularly for such a relatively small endeavour. The prices were very reasonable: including a tip we paid £22 for a bacon bap, two soups with sourdough bread, a pot of tea, a flat white and a chai latte. Very good value by anyone’s standards. I must mention the delicious pea and mint soup, so tasty and such a generous portion. Charming service too!"

Another trip to Treehouse Café meant another Sweet Hash Benny- it’s a truly delicious lunch! My family really do love it here.

Been meaning to try here for ages but went in this morning for a Treehouse Full Breakfast. Friendly service, huge breakfast with good quality produce and a generous pot of tea. The cakes looked great to and it certainly won't be our last visit

In a grimy corner of my home city is this wee cafe that wouldn’t look out of place in the Northern Quarter or around Chorlton. The Tree House isn’t just about looks and cool vibe though. The food selection, presentation and quality is as good as any of the places your find in more fashionable areas. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Arrived here one morning, hadn’t called ahead as we were near by and fancied a coffee- the lady (who I believe is the owner) at the counter was very rude and I’ll mannered so we left. It’s a shame because I had heard lovely things about the food and drinks but I would be reluctant to try again due to the poor service received just from walking through the door. View menu

Was looking to get coffee in the local area and boy am i glad i invested my money in this business rather than a typical coffee chain. My latte was huge and exactly what i needed caffeine wise so if you're looking for a decent sized coffee in Salford this is it! Not to mention the delicious unique veggie sausage sandwich which is unlike anything i have had before! Gorgeous! It was quick service and very polite staff too! I definitely recommend!

I came here a few years ago with my mum so don't remember much... But I do remember getting a slice of very nice beetroot and chocolate cake, which was quite tasty and also gave me a sense of relief when it came to the nutritional aspect the environment was calm and relaxing, with French cafe music playing in the background. The lady working there at the time was also lovely and helped as much as she could with the vegan options! Cute and cosy getaway if anyone is in the Salford area

"Hearing about a traditional fish and chip shop in Prestwich, complete with a restaurant and bar, and cooking in beef-dripping with the option for vegetable oil (call to confirm vegetable oil availability), I was compelled to check it out. Upon entering the shop, I found myself in the bar area, with access to the restaurant located upstairs. The bar was furnished with tables, chairs, and stools for those wishing to enjoy a drink or avoid the stairs. It is encouraging to see young people engaged in the fish and chip shop trade, potentially leading to more traditional establishments in the future. The cod, although slightly smaller than expected, was delicious and cooked to perfection. The chips were among the best I’ve had in a long time. The pea fritters, black pudding fritters, and tartare sauce were also excellent. In-house pies were available as well, so I sampled the cheese and onion and meat and potato varieties and can recommend both. There is parking available across the street and on-street. However, the opening hours might not suit those looking for a lunchtime meal, as at the time of this review, the hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and closed on Sunday and Monday.
