an excellent Sunday dinner with a good selection of beers (although they must begin to have at least one darker beer regularly available.) beautiful stone house with a cozy feeling, despite deceptively large in the inner. waiting personal excellent.

It was an excellent choice for a Sunday dinner, featuring a good variety of options (though they should consider having at least one darker beer available regularly). The beautiful stone house has a cozy ambiance, even though it feels deceptively spacious inside. The waiting staff were outstanding.

Fantastic pub food, all prepared to perfection. The portions are ample, and the side dishes are quite generous, providing great value for money. We're fortunate to have this as our local spot! Cheers and keep up the great work. P.S. They are very dog-friendly, which is an added bonus! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

"Visited here on the way back from London. Welcome: The venue was quiet when we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly (and even turned the air con off as my husband commented it was a bit cold). American Diner styling, open kitchen, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Good Menu, with prices to match. Food: We both had a rump steak (medium rare), served with savoury fries, roasted on the vine baby tomatoes and slaw, we ordered a portion of peppercorn sauce and onion rings. We had an affogato for desert. The steak was fabulously tasty and excellently cooked, all the accompaniments were excellent, hot and fresh. We were both really impressed by the presentation, taste and quality of the meal. (My husband is an executive chef and can be difficult to please so this is a high recommendation) . Service: We had drinks beforehand and sat outside in the sun, then came inside to order and eat our meal. Service throughout was excellent, prompt (but not rushed), very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome, all staff clearly demonstrated that they cared about our experience with them. We didn't catch the names of the lovely lady in charge at front of house or the gentleman behind the bar or the two kitchen staff, but all were extemporary, as was Anya, who served our food and cleared our table. Would recommend and will return based on our experience last night."
