"Enjoyed our food. Had to wait 45 minutes for our desert's which we felt was unacceptable as the restaurant wasn't overly busy when we booked!! Emily couldn't apologise enough for not getting our desserts to us. We were offered free coffee which we accepted by way of an apology, however, we couldn't drink it as it was too strong, despite us adding numerous amounts of sugar to try and sweeten the taste!! Carvery was of very high standard but could be better organised in where it's situated as whilst we were queueing members of staff were constantly using the side doors to obtain entrance to and from the bar and kitchen!! Serving spoons and/or tongs are definitely needed to plate up our vegetables, there wasn't much in the way if a selection of green vegetables. That certainly needs addressing. I also felt one reception staff very stressed on the day in question and not very sure what was going on with regards to Christmas and New Year event's. I know the Christmas Fayre was happening but I got the impression that she couldn't get away from me quick enough when I was enquiring the venue etc etc."

Amazing chef. It was a quiet night but he came to talk to us at the end of the meal. Excellent choice of food. Good offers/discount with wines for a month 25% !! We went at 7:30 and a two things on the menu had sold out.

During our 5-day stay in Waterside, we dined at The Three Lakes every night, and we never experienced a bad meal. Each dish was beautifully presented and made us feel like we were enjoying a meal at a top-notch restaurant.

We visited this restaurant during our stay at a nearby lodge. Guests can choose from two different menus: a restaurant menu and a bar menu. There were many diverse food options, and our meals were served promptly. The food was also very delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We would definitely return for another visit!

not long ago, as it was amazed by the beautiful renovation, very comfortable and modern. I ordered a drink from the bar and the waitress told me she would bring it to me, I sat in the lounge where a previous costumer had coffee, the waitress came with my drink, but not the coffee cup removed. lunch was very tasty, but needed to put a little hotter, Veg server at the wrong place.
