"I stayed in this Toby carvery for two nights. At first, my room allocated was a few doors from the entrance to the hotel. When I walked into the hallway. All I could smell was the deep smell of cigarettes smoke which also permeated into the room. Not being happy with the smell of this accommodation, I requested at Reception that they change my room due to the fact they seem to have accommodated me into a corridor for smokers! I was informed that there is no smoking in the hotel, but people were, which surprised me. The entrance to the accommodation had a cigarette bin provided right outside the ONLY entrance door to the hotel accommodation. I would assume that people were using the area for smoking, and probably when it got cold they would go inside the corridor."

The food was amazing as always, though the potatoes were a bit hard. Other than that, the meal was excellent and well worth the price.

This is a fantastic spot to visit for some casual drinks. The bar staff, especially Chantelle, are very helpful in suggesting non-alcoholic options.

I was served by the lively chantelle. She was very friendly and welcoming. I don't drink alcohol and she was very knowledgeable about the non alcoholic options available to me. Didn't feel forgotten about at any point despite it being busy

Came for a birthday and there where 10 of us. We were served by a lady called sumer who was very helpful, polite, welcoming and went above and beyond to help. For a young lady she had a great work attitude. The food was lovely and great value.

The restaurant has spacious, immaculate rooms that offer top-notch comfort. I indulged in a prawn cocktail and daily soup, both of which were delicious light bites. I want to give a shoutout to Chantelle and the bar team for their exceptional service. Thank you!
