The best pizza in the city. The service is a bit slow, but the delicious food more than makes up for it.

I would liked to have been able to book rather than having to eat early to ensure a table. Food was good but not exceptional, reasonable value.

My go to place when I am visiting Winchester. The food is amazing my favourite is always the muscles and tiramisu . Tom and everyone there are super friendly and lovely . Always leave feeling full and satisfied

we stumbled tom’s deli and we were very pleased. what a nice little place, a very friendly staff and the pizza I had was amazing, although I get a message for not eating my crusts. when we go back to winchester, we will visit again.

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent, especially the thin crust. However, I find it to be a bit pricey. Despite the cost, it is worth noting that this is an independent establishment that has been a staple in Winchester for many years.

Tom's Deli is so Italian it seems to be in the wrong place! Tom' lugubrious features do conceal a warm hearted and generous man. Incidentally, the coffee is excellent as are the hand made cakes and sweets on offer. Highly recommended is the Tiramisu especially after a hard session of shopping.

I had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant. Every meal I have had here has been delicious. I have been here about five times, as my daughter Sawra and her partner Andy live in Winchester and often come to visit. They recommended Tom's Deli to me. Yesterday's lunch was amazing, thank you so much. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys authentic Italian cuisine.
