Always a pleasure visiting TM East Kilbride, the staff are always so chatty and helpful. Had pizza and pasta the food was lovely

Attended Tony Macoroni last night with friends and we were served by Jonathon. He had great customer service and was very attentive and entertaining. Thank you Jonathon

Went for a meal at Tony Macaroni tonight. The food was delicious. We were served by Jonathon and he was fantastic. He was so friendly and attentive. He could not do enough for us. He’s a credit to the company.

Large restaurant with plenty of room and space, large menu with loads of choice. Girl serving was really friendly but drinks took ages to arrive as the barman spent most of the afternoon talking to his pals at the bar. Food was ok

Having had a meal there last week, we took our daughter, grandchildren and my elderly mother-in-law for dinner. Totally different from last week's experience. Asked for Iron Bru, didn't have any. Asked for a milk shake, didn't have any ice cream for it, although they did have ice cream for dessert). Pizza wasn't particularly hot, and was very greasy. Garlic bread was hard. Lasagne wasn't as good as last week. Chips aren't very good, and obviously bought in. My mother-in-law has had meals at the Silverburn branch a number of times, and she commented the food was better there. Won't be going back, and wouldn't recommend.

We used to enjoy going to TM EK for a family meal out on a regular basis however we won’t be returning. This evening was the worst experience I have had yet. Food is nowhere near as good as it used to be, chewy reheated pizza and chips bought in. Our order was wrong, it was rectified but no apology. We gave up waiting for our desserts and went to the desk to pay. Service is slow. No one asked if there was any issue with our meal. I then had to stand in a queue and wait some time to pay my bill and the female manager didn’t acknowledge our wait, barely made eye contact, didn’t ask how our meal was and didn’t acknowledge when my card payment had gone through she simply stepped to the side of t...

Perhaps the worst restaurant experience I've ever had saved by a brilliant waiter called Johnathon who was an absolute credit to this restaurant. We didn't receive any apology from management and we waited over 1.30 mins for food and we only ordered mains. We booked for 7pm and didn't get our meals until 8.45 I also had my two year old toddler with us as we were celebrating her cousins 18th birthday. She was the last to be served her food. We had to wait a long time for drinks and my wine came after I had to rush my meal as we had to Leave quickly due to one of my family members starting working. Didn't expect to be waiting so long.
