"This restaurant was a wonderful surprise! The food was outstanding, and the service incredible. I had a Caprese salad with the freshest of tomatoes. My partner had a grilled fish, which the lovely head waiter brought to the table and filleted with care in front of us. Finally, I had tiramisu for dessert also prepared in front of us by a charming waitress, ingredient by ingredient and it was delicious! I definitely recommend this restaurant, Trattoria Castel Nuevo. The music was rock favorites (perhaps more Italian traditional would be good to add). And lower, more romantic lighting would be a minor welcome change. Thank you for a fabulous dining experience!"

su una strada laterale vicino al porto e la nuova castella c'è la trattoria che serve la migliore pizza di napoli: il ketchup è unico. i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli e i camerieri sono eccitati e disponibili. ideale per pranzo o cena.

This restaurant was such a gem. Staff was friendly, food was superb, they made excellent recommendations and we loved every bite. They suggested the cáprese and it was great! The mozzarella was so delicious. Next, I ordered the friend shrimp and squid plate and my husband ordered the fettuccina allá bolognese and it was fantastic. Lastly, we ordered the lemon cake for dessert and we loved it. They even brought out a shot of limoncello to have with the cake. We loved the experience.
