"We absolutely love this restaurant and visit as often as we can. This weekend, we celebrated a family birthday with three generations, and it was fantastic! Everyone enjoyed their meals—steak, veal, spaghetti, pizza, and a wonderful selection of desserts. There was even a surprise birthday tiramisu! The champagne and wine were both excellent and reasonably priced. The attentive and friendly Italian staff made the experience even better. I can't recommend this place highly enough!"

We made a reservation here for dinner. It was very busy,but didn't take long before we were taken to our table. The meal was lovely, also a good choice of wine. The waitress was very friendly and Service was good.

Popped in one wet afternoon to meet up with an Old friend, fabulous staff, fabulous food, fabulous wine, stayed for 3 hours, looking forward to going back in June, the passion of the owners shines through, wonderful restaurant.....

We discovered a fantastic restaurant off the beaten path. The tagliatelle with gamborini and zucchini was to die for, and the bruschetta with mushrooms made for a delightful starter. The staff was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely return!

Our 2nd visit, we hadn't made an appointment (Friday lunchtime) it was for my fathers 85th birthday, the place was packed but they very kindly made a table up for us, food and service were excellent as it was on our first visit, will definitely visit again when I'm down Bexhill way.

If you want proper authentic Italian food this is definitely the place to come. I have spent a lot of time in Italy over the years and every time we come to Trattoria Italiana it reminds us of being right back there! As well as the food being beautiful the staff are amazing and so lovely to us all! My kids love it and always want to come here every time we visit East Sussex. Keep up the good work Trattoria Italiana! A little slice of Italy.
