"Viola was very accommodating when I was in contact with her in regards to making this business dinner reservation for one of my Sr. Directors. There was an annual conference happening that week in Florence. She made it easy as possible with communication on email and proposed a menu with a prix fixed price. Everyone who attended the dinner event, raved about the menu and the hospitality from the staff and restaurant. Needless to say, Trattoria Napoleone is hands down the best with their customer service and ambiance."

We went to this restaurant with very high expectations. Unfortunately, I must say that I was disappointed. The reception was overly cold, nothing like other restaurants in Italy. The food didn't meet our expectations at all. The pancetta in the carbonara was uncooked, the gnocchi was tasteless, the dishes were unfinished, and nobody asked what was wrong with them. A real letdown.
