"this small restaurant is cut off in a next street and has a small but varied menu. About six appetizers and six main courses. the dishes we had were delicious. everything tastes delicious and there is a welcoming ambiente about it that you didn't have. in other major restaurants we visited during our day trip to berlin. the atmosphere is casual - nothing imaginative about it - so they will feel well and well maintained there. our favourite dishes were a red beet soup with meerrettich, pumpkin gnocci, which came with a light salad, and a lamb with taboos that was perfectly cooked. my best description of the type of food served there is that it is a mix of German and medium sea."

This hidden gem turned out to be one of the highlights of my last Berlin visit. Top class food in a friendly and pleasantly unpretentious atmosphere. Will definitely return.

since my first visit here almost returned for months. many natives have eaten and the ambiente in the inside. good, no nonsense service and delicious food. I went quite traditional and had a huge carving and kartoffel salad good choice!

we were close and this restaurant was recommended to us. eating is quite simple, but the aromen are fresh and eat outside on a balmy summer berlin evening made for a very pleasant evening. there was a selection of six entrees and four main courses. service was warm, friendly and attentive.

You could easily walk past this restaurant as it looked closed. However once inside a lovely greeting and an interesting menu awaits. The chef knows exactly what he is doing and we enjoyed an exceptional meal. Ignore your surroundings and enjoy the wonderful food that...is on offer! What a find! View menu

After I´ve read a couple of good reviews in Berlin newspapers I was quite excited to come here and was a little disappointed. The biggest disappointment were the starters. We had a quiche and a lentil soup, both for Euro, but lacking anything outstanding....Both servings were very small, too. I had pak choi with mushrooms for my main course. It was very good, but also quite expensive at Euro and not very filling.

we were on a nice dinner after a busy day outside and came to this restaurant to cool and enjoy some good food. first, the prices are quite expensive, so they expect to eat good quality, but also a level of service. Unfortunately, I must say that our experience has been quite ruined by the very rude owner of the place that is also the waitress. the way and wise in which they interact with the guests, lack any kind of service mentality, so after paying a fairly large sum money for ok-ish I do not eat back, but visit one of the many other restaurants in the opposite, the good eating and also have a great service and atmosphere.
