"After booking this on the 18/8/2022 for 4 people who asked for special requests, I asked myself specifically for the table in the window as it was a special birthday when I arrived, we got out of the window that I was in shock! I have never mentioned anything at our arrival because a few are already sitting after us, I have reviewed my emails to check if I was told earlier that this request was not available but I do not, it totally ruined the expectations of our experience, this is only positive feedback as if they cannot ask"

Returned to this restaurant a year on from our previous experience which was excellent. Felt the menu is limited now and didn't get a great table despite booking well in advance. Food and service are still of a good standard but not sure if we'll be back.

Lovely food, great service. It was a Tuesday evening so not at all busy and this meant the atmosphere was a little stark but the service was attentive without intruding and all our requests were met with a positive response. Was a lovely relaxed family meal that was just the right side of fancy!! Will be back.
