"Eigentlich schreibe ich keine Bewertungen für Italiener (mehr). Das kommt zum einen durch meine italienische Nachbarschaft, die mich stark in guter Küche beeinflusst haben. Aber auch durch die Normalität, die ein gutes italienisches Restaurant für mich mittlerweile erreicht hat. Ich weiß, es ist unfair. Aber von Zeit zu Zeit stolpere ich über echte Spitzenleistungen. Und das begeistert mich. So war ich kürzlich in Stuttgart und wusste nicht wohin zum Dinner. Der erste Laden war leer (ich bringe das bis heute noch nicht über mein Herz, einen leeren Laden zu betreten), beim zweite sah den Teller, der vor meiner Nase hergeführt wurde, und der sah einfach sch... aus. Also bin ich weiter und fand das Valle in der Geschwister-Scholl-Straße. Ich hatte keine Reservierung und kam spontan. Als mir der Capo die Tür aufhielt, ich einen Tisch nicht direkt neben der Toilette, sondern mitten im Gastraum bekam, obwohl ich ein einzelner Gast war. All das hat mich noch nicht misstrauisch gemacht. Auch als ich den Kellner nach den Spezialitäten des Hauses fragte, und ich nicht die üblichen Verdächtigen genannt bekam. All das machte mich nicht misstrauisch, sondern ich dachte immer noch: Ein weiterer guter Italiener in Deutschland. Aber dann kam die Vorspeise; Vitello Tonnato – und das ist ein Gericht bei dem ich mit meinen Freundlichen vor Ort (hallo Dominico) einen permanenten Kochwettbewerb habe – mit einer göttlichen Sauce. Was für ein Start! Und beim Hauptgang bin ich der Empfehlung Pasta Frutti di Mare gefolgt. Mir ist klar, dass Stuttgart nicht an der See liegt und ich hier nur gefrohrene Meeresfrüchte bekommen kann. Aber trotzdem. Es war einfach genial. Und wer sich meine anderen Bewertungen durchliest weiß, dass ich mit dieser Superlative sehr sparsam bin. Um dieses Review nicht ausufern zu lassen, kann ich nur eine dringende Empfehlung aussprechen. Der Service hat sich nicht nur optimal um mich gekümmert. Es war eine Freude zu sehen, wie er alle Gäste nicht nur freundlich, sondern hilfreich und mit viel Charm und Esprit bedient hat. Ich liebe Italien. Ganz besonders, wenn es so wie diesen Abend läuft. Faktencheck: Ich habe für meine Vorspeise, den Hauptgang, eine große Flasche Wasser, drei Glas Primitivo und den doppelten Espresso ink. Tip 75 Euro bezahlt. Wer darüber meckert, sollte selber kochen. Ach ja, und der Grappa als Geschenk war nicht kein billiger Abklatsch. Wenn ich wieder in Stuttgart bin, komme ich sehr gerne zurück. Grazie Mille."

Ambiente, Personal, Speisen alles Spitze hier. Wir kommen gefühlt mind. 2 mal pro Monat seit ca 1 Jahr hierher und jedes Mal ist es Super. Preis vs Leistung absolut in Ordnung.

An upscale restaurant with delicious food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu offers a variety that makes it hard to decide. Unfortunately, our visit was restricted by some guests (which had clearly chosen the wrong place for their riots) in an unpleasant way.

Mid-week in July and this place was full to the rafters. The answer is in the excellent value food and wine with hard- working and cheerful staff. We had a mixed salad and bruschetta with anchovies to start followed by delicious tagliatelle cooked al dente with king prawns. Washed down with very potable Sardinian red wine. Good espresso too. Haben uns spontan, ohne Reservierung zu einem Besuch entschieden und hatten Glück noch einen Platz zu bekommen. Service war sehr freundlich und hat immer wieder mal nachgefragt. Bei den Speisen haben wir uns für Tagliata di manzo alla toscana und Pizza prosciutto e funghi entschieden, sowie als Nachtisch Tartufo Bianco und Semifreddi. Beide Hauptspeisen sowie die Nachspeisen einfach nur top.

Der Service war sehr freundlich, der Beilagensalat frisch. Die Pizza, wir hatten beide eine Pizza Gorgonzola bestellt, unterirdisch schlecht. Der Teig eine eher feste Masse, hatte nichts mit knusprig zu tun, der Rand hauptsächlich tief schwarz angebrannt, kann man ja abschneiden und der Belag für Gorgonzola mit wenig Aroma. Das geht in Stuttgart aber besser! Der Ristretto war dagegen wirklich sehr gut. Zum Wiederkommen war das aber zu wenig.

Came here with a group of friends for a friend's birthday. One of my friends is actually from Italy and she liked this place, so we decided to give it a try. I ordered the Bruschetta Caprese and it was disappointing. I've had better bruschetta. This did not even taste fresh at all. I also had the truffle pasta and it was okay. I personally think it needed some chicken in it but that's because I'm American. My Italian friend would kill me since it's not how Italians eat their pasta haha View menu

This place is pretty good and consistent. Came here twice with colleagues. Ordered a custom penne with pesto sauce the first visit and the spaghetti w truffles the second time. The bread is hit or miss, the bruschetta is decent but if you get stale bread chances are the bruschetta will be stale. Unlike many other restaurants in Stuttgart, the staff here is super nice/awesome. I've had better Italian in Stuttgart, so I can't give it 4 stars and very few places actually deserve 5. Make sure you come early for dinner or have reservations as it gets super crowded.

Came across a photo of their Spaghetti Frutti di Mare (seafood pasta) online and was blown away by the colors and peoples reviews so I decided to give this a try. Dropped by when they were not that busy and chose a seat next to the window, told them I was there alone but the server came by ANOTHER two times 1. Trying to pour my water into the other glass 2. Asking me if I 'm alone again. If you are a busy restaurant and my area is full of people, sure that 's understandable, but I was the only table for that whole half of the restaurant so what 's the excuse here?
