"we were so happy to visit us here, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. many little dinge added so our experience was not almost as good as we expected after reading as many favorable reviews. vegan bar is very well located and we were happy to get a table out. the waiter was very friendly and welcoming. when we read the menu, we asked ourselves about the ingredients, because many dishes contained allergens such as milk, egg or fish. When we asked the waiter, he checked back with the cook and then told us that the allergens had been made a mistake by the printer and that everything was 100% vegan. while we believed that, I still think it is questionable that they did not take the time to cross the allergens or change the error. the dishes all look great and to try more, we decided to order tapas and chose four appetizers. Unfortunately we waited for fifty-five minutes (I think that's too long for starters, and other people have their food sooner than we get, although they arrived later), and when our food arrived there was still a starter. we didn't get any substitute plates, so we had to eat directly from the dishes where the appetizers were served. when we were so hungry, we only asked for the fourth starter and consumed it. the fourth starter arrived a little later. we had the noodles that tasted amazing, the tempoura lotus, what was ok, the Papaya salad that was good, and the crispy tofu that was quite tasteless. the sections were however so small. therefore the meal was very overpriced. we don't care to pay more for good meal times and fresh food of high quality, but the portions were tiny and we have starved (that says much because I don't really end my meal as I can't eat much at once) for example, 8,50€ for the Papaya salad should be more than three small pieces tofu and a tiny handful of papaya slices! the fresh, interesting, which came to 3,90€ was also served in a small cup. So at the end, while we really wanted to love this restaurant, we waited for so a long time and paid a lot, just to let starve at the end. eating was okay, but only the dumplings were absolutely great. it is in the rule not my style to ventilate or vent over a restaurant, but that was one of the cases where a vegan restaurant is not enough. visited in juni 2022 updated by previous rating on 2022-06-08"

We were in this restaurant recently. I enjoyed the wide selection of dishes that were also lovingly prepared. It was delicious. There are also dishes such as mochis that are not found in other Asian restaurants. It is also very cozy. The only thing that was a bit disturbed was the fact that you can't pay with the card. Vegan Bar is fully vegan asian restaurant offering many different soups (miso, pumpkin, chicken, tapas, sushi and other classic mail dishes (udon, currys, rice) with vegan meat styles. Staff was superb friendly, food was delicious (starters 5/5, main dishes 4/5). We both had a main dish with beef, which was okay, but more or less just seitan. So maybe choose one of the other options. Service was quick and Prices are ok. We fully recommend this place.

I was super happy to find this fully vegan restaurant in hardin that has many Japanese dishes about it. I paid ~17€ for udon with fried chicken and ~6€ for three cute gyoza that hurt my wallet pretty much. but it was delicious and my non-vegan parents also enjoyed it, although they are skeptical for vegans eating. so I am broken, but happy only something I wish, I would have known before: they decorate every dish with petersilie that can overshado the taste of the teller himself. So make sure they don't ask for petersilie if they do it as much as I do.
