a great German brewhouse. they get the typical German dishes in a very ambiente. we were there on a Saturday night and it was pretty crowded. but as always in this type of restaurant you can always share a table with others. they have their own beer and a very strong one that is worth trying if they like strong beer, 11 degrees. we also had a teller Obasda cheese that was good.

as the name already says, they brew their own beer and a very good beer at vetter’s. located in the steingasse, the most lively tourist street heidelbergs, which connects the old bridge to the sacred church and to the marketplace, it becomes very full and noisy with weather. our visit was in high season (end juli) and the dinge seemed to be in a hurry. with waitresses under considerable pressure. the service was good. the standard of eating did not correspond entirely to the beer, possibly because it was so full.
