We asked for octopus (the best I've eaten, not the galícia) that came with a truffled parmentier, also carpaccio of veal with foie (the meat was red, it was undone in the mouth,) carrillion with idiazabal (mychelin restaurant plate) and white coulan (the best I've eaten).
