"We visited Vila de Muros on the recommendation of a local, a detail that always points towards an authentic find. Although not directly on the bustling port, its more secluded location is indicative of a less touristy approach, something I personally appreciate. The interior of the restaurant, located on the top floor, evokes a classic air, with furniture and tables that suggest formal meetings and special occasions. Although I personally favor more contemporary and relaxed settings, it is clear that each restaurant has its own personality. As for the service, it was impeccable. The waiter, in addition to being extremely attentive, demonstrated commercial skills by stating that we were in the best restaurant in Muros, although, yes, with somewhat high prices. Following his suggestions, we tasted soft and tasty seafood croquettes, squid sautéed with vegetables that reflected freshness and culinary technique, and beef tenderloin. Although the sirloin had the correct cooking point, we found it somewhat dry, perhaps being the only dish that did not meet our expectations. One detail to highlight: when ordering a glass of Mencía, the waiter, with a cunning smile, served us half a bottle, assuring that he would only charge for two glasses. Finally, I couldn't resist and finished the bottle. With a final bill of 88 euros, Vila de Muros is a worthwhile dining experience for those looking for quality and a local touch in Muros. Delicious food! Excellent staff that also speak english! (Which was a pleasent suprise). The wines are also not super expensive but perfectly served! I would recommend this to everyone visiting Muros.

We went for a walk through the walls with this roaster, we decided to try to eat there and it was a good one. very pleasant atmosphere, the spectacular and jacobo cow chop, the waiter who attended us, was very attentive at all times.

I had dinner while on the Camino de Santiago. I first ordered a caña, then the cocido out of the menu, which came with a selection of many meat types, including potatoes and spinach. A glass of red wine rioja, and a caldo to end up dinner. And a dessert. All with a bill of 30€. Happy tummy happy customer.

Had two amazing meals there. Served by Jacobo, these were unforgettable experiences. Even though their main focus is meat; the seafood was excellent: locally farmed, very fresh, high quality preparation. I had fish, octopus and seafood; all washed down with local wines. The desserts, to die for. Overall it was a blast. Highly recommended for anyone stopping at Muros.

We ate two people. We ordered a starter, a main course and a dessert. The grilled clams were very good. They tasted like wood fire, were a filling size, and had no grit. The turbot was to share between two people. On the menu it says that you have to ask for the price per kg, an important fact if you want to eat a fresh fish of the day or a T-bone steak since the weight and price vary every day. "Lean esta reseña, no hay desperdicio en este testamento que voy a escribir, y eso que no soy de escribir reseñas, pero la ocasión lo merece...28 de Agosto de 2023...24 años viniendo desde Ávila a Louro, conozco Galicia como la palma de mi mano, soy can de palleiros , medio abulense y medio gallego. En esta tierra se come bien y en cantidad, buen producto, pero lo de esta noche...lo de esta noche ha sido la mayor barbaridad gastronómica que he visto perpetrar a un restaurante en muchos años a nivel cantidad. Son proporciones desmedidas, absolutamente impresionante, se lo cuentas a tu cuñado en navidad y no lo cree, te tachan de exagerado, pero es la realidad, que barbaridad de comida. En mis años de vida he sentido tanta ansiedad solo con ver media ración de churrasco. Es como la inmensidad del océano atlántico del cual disfrutas y escuchas relajadamente mientras sobrevives a un ataque de miocardio por la cantidad de comida que vas a meter en el cuerpo. Fuera de bromas, mucha cantidad pero muchísima calidad, un churrasco de 10, el mejor que probé en cuanto a punto, elaboración y producto, exquisito, y que decir de la media ración de pulpo...punto perfecto, una auténtica maravilla de pulpo. De precio muy muy bien pasa venir varias personas, por 25€ aprox por persona, te pones de pulpo y churrasco hasta las orejas. Sitio de cantidad pero también de muchísima calidad. El mejor de Louro y de la ría sin duda. Me atrevería a decir que el mejor churrasco de Galicia. Mención especial para el camarero, un chico muy agradable, si algún día tuviese un negocio, me gustaría que ese chico lo trabajase, un orgullo para su jefe. Explicando detalladamente que media de pulpo y media de churrasco con criollo y patatas para 3 es demasiado, y así ha sido. Super majo, sin decir palabra sabia que le íbamos a pedir en cada momento. Un fenómeno sin duda. Acaban de fidelizar a un cliente para todas las noches de Agosto de los próximos años. Simplemente genial. Decir también que media ración de churrasco es para 5/6 personas, y media de pulpo para 4. En la carta pone 1 de churrasco para dos, el camarero nos explico que es una estimación, no se en base a qué estómagos, porque vaya barbarie. La sensación de gravedad al salir de cenar allí, juro que es diferente. Para concluir, decir que no como precisamente poco, soy un animal deborando comida, una hormigonera entrenada, pero esto es inaudito para mi. El mejor sitio sin duda, pasar por aquí y no parar en este restaurante tranquilo y especial es como ir a un McDonald 's a por una ensalada. Parada obligatoria. Un abrazo al equipo que hay detrás. Enhorabuena. Gracias por recordarme lo que es comer bien a buen precio. Prefiero esto a un chuletón de Ávila, mi ciudad, que también es un increíble manjar de los dioses. Las fotos NO hacen para nada justicia a la cantidad desmesurada.
