"Awful!!!! We were passing through and we went to eat at Vips, we chose a plate of spaghetti carbonara from Soria and what a big mistake, they tasted burnt and the pasta was white and warm, we brought it to our attention with great politeness and they didn't even give us an option to change or anything You're welcome, with what the plate is worth (14.95) it's embarrassing, the joke came out cheap, we won't be back, it's clear to us"
