"We would have got better value had we gone to wow burger. The floor staff ignored us multiple times. We ordered gyosas for starters and two mains. We got one of the mains and after waiting a good 10 minutes, while waiting for my partner's main and after being ignored by 2 different people, a lady who seemed to be in charge came over to see if everything was okay. I explained our order and asked her if she could place my food under the lamps to keep it warm while the other main arrived. She took my plate after apologising and went to the pass to check. The second main came over but not together with mine, the lady who broughtit drop the plate and threw some cutlery on the middle of the table and carried on. When the blond lady in charge was passing by, noticed I didn't get my food and went back to the pass for it. We didn't get the starters after we were almost finishing our mains. 5 burnt and cold gyosas. It was sad. We didn't even try to stay for dessert as we were already too disappointed. My first time trying this restaurant was December 2020 when restrictions were lifted and every place was short-staffed, I had the same experience with staff. It seems to be the standard. They all seem to be very disinterested and unapologetic. Some other customers in the tables around us had the same experience. Two young ladies ordered their food around the same time as we did. One of them got her main and after she had finished the other one only received hers. Kudos to the blond lady, she was the only one who truly engaged with us."

The food is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly attentive. It's a lovely and peaceful atmosphere. Our meals arrived promptly, and the juices were delicious. Highly recommend!

Waited for 15-20 mins for a table, eventually seated and then moved to another table having to pick up our own cutlery, menu, etc. waited to be served and no luck so we walked out after 30 mins and went to another restaurant. Never had such slow service.

Last Friday night at 5pm, my family of four went to this restaurant and were seated right away. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was tasty and came out promptly. We ordered 3 side dishes, 4 entrees, and 4 soft drinks. The total bill was 104 euros, not including gratuity.

The staff is always very friendly and attentive. they explain the menu with no issues, very clear and very welcoming. The food is absolutely gorgeous, full of flavour and taste. Chicken Yakimeshi, Curry are the best, but everything else is amazing. the portions are very well served.

We were greeted kindly and our service was good apart from checking to see was everything OK with us, but unfortunately not. She would have been told I was in Wagamama in Aberdeen, I got the same, Ramen, and Dublin unfortunately had broth that tasted like oxtail soup. Needless to say we were both disappointed and won't be returning.

I had a fantastic time at Wagamama South King Street. I have some food allergies, but the supervisor that day was extremely attentive and made sure to confirm my order with the kitchen. It was great to feel understood and accommodated. I will definitely be coming back. The only downside was that I found the lighting to be a bit too dim.

Good food but the waitress was terrible! Soo rude! She did talk to us with her back towards us before we were even seated. Did not answer our questions. The worst of all was her reaction when we did not tip her enough, she went angry! I was shocked! We went to wagamama after many years of wanting to go back to good memories....that memory is not good anymore and we will never come back!

I would advise anyone planning on dining at Wagas on a busy weekend evening to book in advance, we didn't and were left standing in a queue for over half an hour. When a table eventually became available, we were kept waiting for a while. This is understandable as the staff were busy with a full restaurant, however, the service was very poor. When it eventually came to order, the waiter had to clarify our order three times, and despite this, our order still came out wrong; my food never came and I sat for another half an hour while my friends finished their food. Definitely not worth the wait or the price.

We’ve been a few times and they ask about allergies. One of our party has a nut allergy and he was made feel like a pariah on this occasion, when never before. Server insisted only his manager could *take* his order, which was several minutes later. Why not get manager to take all the orders if that’s the policy? As a result, 2 main courses came and not the third. We waited, and waited, asked our server who looked confused. Then we asked someone else and they brought the food. At least 10 minutes later, with two bowls cold we all had our food. No apology. We told the server we were waiting a long time and she said, this is Wagamamas, we bring it when it’s ready. I told her she was being rude...
