We had a 'fixed ' menu which was very tasty, well presented and the service could not have been better. One commented that it could have been 'spicier ' but all agreed very well cooked. We will return

Their Nepalese menu is the best I’ve ever had. Good for dining in and takeaway. Food always cooked from fresh which is never compromised. At times a very busy establishment which is testament to the quality of the food. Dined in and have had takeaways from here often won’t go anywhere else for a curry.

Family and friends gathered for Gina’s birthday celebration meal. We were seated at the lower end. Drinks order taken and delivered. Food orders taken and delivered perfectly. I frequent this curry restaurant in my neighborhood and the food is excellent. The portions are generous (the Tandoori Mixed Grill lasts my partner for 2 days) and the dishes are fresh and flavorful. Unlike other curry places, the food here is not greasy and the meat is of high quality with large portions. Although there may be a wait for food due to its popularity, the estimated wait time is usually accurate. Overall, I have no complaints about this restaurant.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years, but my last two visits have been very disappointing. I used to come back time and time again for the Chicken Madras, but the quality has significantly declined. The dish now consists of small chunks of chicken submerged in a watery sauce with little spice and lacking in flavor. When I complained to the manager, they were indifferent and did not offer any kind of compensation. I left feeling unappreciated and will not be returning.

My wife I had a 2 night stay here in early September. Our room (at the back of the property) was quiet, spacious and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds. The four evening meals we chose from a menu of fairly traditional items, were all very tasty and well cooked perfect after a long day out. Breakfasts were also enjoyable with a good choice of food, to set you up nicely for the day ahead. We found all the staff to be cheerful, friendly and very helpful. The food is excellent. There is plenty of choice on the menu of Indian and Nepalese food. In a pub with a nice atmosphere and excellent beers. The staff are friendly and attentive. What's not to like?!!! My wife was raving about this place after a works do the week before. So it sounded the perfect place to go with my friends on our monthly pub meal trip. We weren't disappointed. In an area saturated with Greene King pubs (and similar menus), this was a real treat and a very welcome change. I would definitely recommend it! Oh, and do have a starter. Otherwise, you'll miss a treat.

My friend and I were warmly welcomed at the restaurant and were pleased to find a variety of enticing options on the menu. The staff were accommodating and willing to prepare any dish that we desired, even if it wasn't listed. For starters, we chose to share the Gurka Special, which included King Prawn, Lamb Sekuwa, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Wings, and Chicken Tikka served on a hot platter with a side salad. We enjoyed a pale ale and cider with our meal before moving on to our main courses. I ordered the Sowadilo Curry (medium) with prawns cooked in a spicy sauce with mango and yogurt, while my friend had the Nepali Lamb Curry (medium) made with slow-cooked lamb, ginger, garlic, onion, tomat...

My partner I arrived promptly at 7:25 for a 7:30 reserved table. We were pointed in the general direction of table 4 which was at the end of the dining room. Having ordered drinks at the bar, I had to go to the bar and remind the staff some 15 minutes later. Eventually said drinks arrived. We placed our order and waited between 20 30 minutes for the starters top arrive and when they did, the waitress apologised for the wait. Having waited almost an hour for the mains to arrive, we were on the verge of settling the bill for what we 'd received and go home, when the waitress arrived with hot plates, ready for the mains.
