"Object: The Café Stickl is located right after the Schliersee towards Spitzingsee. Shortly before the junction to the Josefstal. There the waterfall from Spitzing is coming to the Schliersee. From the outside, the café is rather inconspicuous. What was a mistake. Unfortunately, access is not really accessible to disabled people. Because you had to go some steps. Since I had a witch shot just before, it wasn't easy to take. No problem for all healthy. When entering, you should not be irritated. You get into a bakery of confectionery. On the left and right are the guest rooms. If the back didn't make so many problems, there would be a few more photos. Ambience: The guestroom is typically set up in the middle of the 60s-70s Bavarian Oberland. What I like. This great cosiness is super. My accompaniment from Russia also felt good. And loves this Bavarian style. Food: Since it was Kirchweih this day. It would also be for me antichrists not to eat a sin. This was cheap for €13.90 and much better than some in Munich for €25. Chapeau dear café. The cook is great. I'll be back to try something else. Service: The young man in the service was very friendly and had also knowledge of the wine (in contrast to me) My sweetheart was thrilled with the recommendation. WC Parking: parking is abundant in front of the door and in the vicinity. The toilet is really very small but OK. You can also share the sink with the ladies. Conclusion: For a spontaneous stop a real surprise and I come back."

Have lunch on the way to the waterfall. The crust roast was very good Unfortunately a bit too salty. It didn't bother me, my husband.

We're stranded here today, fortunately. Who stands for good traditional food and not for convenience food should eat here. We had Wild here with Rösti, just super good. Very nice host woman. Gaststube very traditional.

We were here for breakfast. The white sausages and yogurt sweets with fresh fruit were top. Behind the cafe is a small beer garden where you sit very cozy. The condition was very friendly. Unfortunately only cash payment possible.

Inconspicuous ambience from outside, simple furnishings, really nice controls and really delicious food. I didn't take photos this time. The Hirschgulasch, the Gamsbraten and also the board with deer salami and mountain cheese, each was delicious and plentiful. View menu

What are the Bavarians doing on Saturday night? Eat! As a result, we have two Northern German landowners an hour drive from one place to the next behind us to finally land in the Cafe Stickl. After the humble question whether we get something to eat, it was already 19.00 a.m., our question was very friendly. The evening was saved. If I could, I would forgive more than 5 stars. The food was absolutely top. Very tasty and very well prepared. We didn't make any more dessert. Unfortunately. The service was great. All very nice and accommodating. We'll be happy to come back.

"they want to drink whisky? then they are absolutely right at slyrs am schliersee: because this is the only Bavarian whisky distillery and the taste of whisky clearly reminds of the Scottish malt. a few years ago I stumbled on an article about this distillery and thought I had to go with a few people. so I organized a guide, the reservation of this guide went ultra-easy. we were up there with 20 people, and we're already there. we even had the manager as leader who really super-easy and no demand evadings, all about the operation, the brewing and the whisky explained. I finally knew what I usually drank. close to the guide, they sit up in the slender room and get a glass whisky and a glass whiskylikör to test. If I remember correctly, there was even something to eat. the whisky was good and then the likör. he was much better (which is probably more of the taste of the woman because he was just a little sweeter ... as nix as below in the shop and shopping: but here it came to watch through the fact that slyrs did not produce sooo much, everyone can only 1 bottle whisky and 1 bottle liqueur than maximum. but we were enough men and not everyone wanted both pfeif the prices with approx. 40 euro for 0.7 l whisky (the likör costs approx. 30 euro, but justified, and if they don't just like whisky, they will also receive lantenhammer specialties because lantenhammer and slyer belong together. who can burn schnapps can do this with whisky: I have been there for at least 1x each year and buy a : close: let them be guided (here they will be returned forever)."
