the vegan baos which are mentioned in the description are vegetarian! the dough of the bao itself isn't vegan. the only vegan options are woosabi bowl, sushi bowl and noodle bowl with tofu.

I was there now, and once (other operation the waiters are standing crawling around and you have to get the card yourself. if you want to order, they feel overwhelmed. ergo: service slow, bad and unmotivated. but eat ok.
