"we choose grange farm as a preferred opportunity place for our Friday dinner instead of eating locally in the city center. (calls to pay £16 to come with the taxi to them) normally we would not have any trouble over eating. my partner ordered the lamb shank and for the price of £20 we felt that the price-performance ratio did not correspond to the usual standards of grange farm. he had to attack for sweetness, as it was barely served with the dish. I had gone with a traditional gammon and iron, and I also felt underwhelmed by him (even if it was at least £8 less) as we often dine in greene king pubs and had better. unnecessary to say our waitress jess was brilliant, bar staff were as attentive as they are in the rule and how the alcohol flows, the disappointing food does not ruin ours. perhaps the cook could re-view the offer at both dressed!"

"What an absloutle disappointment. Ive had 2 bad experiences and thought 3rd time lucky, infact it was worse the 3rd time to the first. What is promised on groupon is not what they offer in the restaurant. The chicken came out cold as if its been in the fridge. The mushroom starter was as if it came out a microwave. I messaged the owner the following day in hopes something could have been done. Instead i was ignored. Sont waste your time dont go."

"This is a fantastic place to stay! It's incredibly comfortable, cozy, and feels like home. The owners are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. The breakfast is amazing and delicious. As a family of four who has visited four times already, we definitely plan to return. The evening meals and carvery are also outstanding, and the atmosphere is lovely. Highly recommended!"

"Standard menu, was told gluten free items are mentioned on the menu. They were not. Online has different items for gf food but not available. When the cutlery came it was dirty, had to ask staff member to replace. Ordered southern fried chicken burger and was dry and did not tate right. The jacket potato was so small and some of the toppings were not available. Butter didn't melt like it should. I would not come back here. I received no decent customer service and the food was not good."

"AVOID! Food hygiene has dropped to 1/5 and so has their customer service. Ordered online on their website and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive. I contacted them to cancel this order and refund me. The order was cancelled their end and I was told a manager will call me to sort out the refund. Nobody called me back and upon speaking to them today the manager said he will not be refunding the money and when I asked for his name he said it was 'boss '. Just shows what a joke of an establishment this actually is. Again please avoid and save your money. I 'm lucky I 've paid on credit card and can claim this back through my bank!"
