"What a shame Once upon a time this used to be a good pub where you could get a good pint and was a good atmosphere, unfortunately all that has changed now. I 'm not even sure it 's still a Steamin Billy pub. Two light ales weighing in at £12.20 it 's safe to say I will not be coming back to this bar. Card only Rubbish crowd in there now, everyone else priced out. Food: 1"

I've only ever managed to enjoy drinks here because on the three occasions I tried to order food, I was informed that they had stopped serving, even though it was still within the advertised hours.

We had a great Sunday lunch here with each of us having beef, lamb and pork. Very quick, tasty with lovely cauliflower cheese.
