"It's a rare restaurant which will give you that feeling of welcome, superb freshly cooked food, a wonderful ambience and owners who are real characters. OGGI Simply Italian is one of those. It's a great independent restaurant on London Road and we had an excellent time there. What can I say about Rino? He's a great guy! Very attentive, warm and friendly. Plus the added bonus of hearing a couple of Elvis numbers from him! All in all, a lovely experience and one we will certainly want to repeat."

fantastic Italian restaurant with great service and amazing dining. I was a little surprised that there is no pizza on the menu, but eating is still amazing. the desert is very classic

The restaurant uses delicious and clearly very fresh ingredients. The service is excellent. We had a dinner meal and paid around £50-£60 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5.

absolutely stunning. the staff was great, we were a big table and they were on everything. jars always filled and eating was delicious and served quickly for fresh food. would be highly recommended and definitely visit again.

went last night to oggi, what a fabulous evening. reno welcomed us on our table and became a friend right away! we are American and he sang us in his best American accent! the food and service was fantastic. we will come back to the next visit definitiw!

A Wednesday night well spent for the other half 's birthday. Lovely food, service and would highly recommend. The rack of lamb was perfectly cooked and the veal was delicious. Try the tirimasu the best I 've had since being in Italy Can 't wait to visit again

I was there last night- it was absolutely fantastic. As soon as you walk in the smell of the food is divine, it makes you want to order everything! They knew who we were from our phone all booking before we even said our name! The food is truly delicious- I’m genuinely still thinking about it. I never usually have desert out but the tiramisu was brilliant- very creamy and all flavours balanced. I will absolutely be going back and taking all friends/family with me.
