"Myself and my husband ordered a takeaway on a Saturday evening. We used to always order from Zaks but I won’t be again. We ordered at 6.50 and it said the latest it would be with us would be 8.10. At 9pm it still hadn’t...arrived we tried for twenty minutes to get through to somebody on the phone. When we did we said can you also double check our order as last time they send us a prawn pathia main rather than the starter. The man on the phone told us he would check the bag before it came. When it came the starter was wrong. We phoned up again which took ages and there was no apology, mainly them trying to say we ordered the wrong thing. Eventually they said they would send us the starter out. By the time we eat it was nearly 10pm in the end two hours later than it should have been. There excuse was they were very busy. I feel if they are to busy to handle the orders they should stop taking them and actually put a real estimated time on the website. The food was actually very nice but I won’t be ordering again from them as it’s to much like hard work."

Just had another excellent meal from Zaks! Superb food, delivered to our door and piping hot on arrival. We’ve had a few deliveries since the end of lockdown and all great. Haven’t been inside since around February because of Covid, but really enjoyed the food...delivery service. Recommend this food!

Ordered two starters and two curries at 19.11 told it would be 1 hour 40 mins rang up after 2 hours they said it was on its way,.Takeaway is 5 mins away from were we live.20 mins later I rang to cancel as we had...gone passed eating and it was late.As l was on the phone it turned up. I see from the other reviews they dont give a dam as l am not the first DO NOT HAVE A TAKEAWAY

was so good to revisit this excellent restaurant and pleased to say that service and standards have only improved. the small extras like linen table cloths and serviettes along with the master cook presentation complement the ockassion. it is the quality of food that. actually sealed the experience and choice of dishes both for sweet and all others. we introduced friends to the experience of this intimate venue and we all had a nice time with excellent food. service as expected was error-free and it was great to be again thank you zak’s. Placed my food order but the person who took the order was unable to take a card payment over the phone. So left me on hold for over 5 minutes whilst someone became free. The person who came to take the payment didn't know what...order he was taking payment for. I asked how long it would be they said 1 hour 20 minutes so I said no no longer wished to place the order. 20 minutes later a person turned up on my doorstep with our order? (I think) so I had to turn them away as I had ordered elsewhere. Completely disorganised very frustrating. Won't order from them again.

I have been ordering food from Zak's since they opened in Worle. I have had numerous meals from there, although I have never dined in. I can't even count how many times we have gotten food from there. Recently, they moved to Weston, which is a bit far for us, but fortunately, they offer delivery. We just received a delivery and, as always, the meal was absolutely delicious. This place has never disappointed me. Some of the best dishes I have ever had at a curry house in the southwest. The delivery is always fast and the drivers are always polite and respectful. We don't even say "let's get a takeaway," we say "let's get a Zak's." Great value and great food.
