"Sushi restaurant in the heart of the finance district of Madrid. I had the miso soup to start which was light and not too salty as sometimes is the case with miso. Dragon rolls to follow with the most delicious tempura ebi, closing with a single langoustine sushi roll. Service was excellent and ambience fantastic. Exactly like a downtown Japanese restaurant in Tokyo. Didn't get chance to try the larger plates but the amuse bouche of sesame tuna was melt in the mouth goo. Only visited once but the experience was very good. Not cheap.44 EUR for 3 dishes plus a coffee and a bottle of water"

I love Japanese food and so far sushi 99 is the best I've had in Spain. Sleek deco exquisite food and elegant, attentive service. It comes at a price... but for me it was worth it.

La terraza exterior es agradable. Tomamos una tortilla pequeña y unas almejas a la marinera. Otras veces la patata está mucho más jugosa, en esta ocasión estaba un poco dura y el huevo muy líquido. Las almejas un pelin pequeñas respecto a veces anteriores, pero estaban muy bien hechas y tenían mucho sabor. Tomamos dos dobles de cerveza a 4,5€ cada uno. Te sirven pan sin preguntar, cada pan pequeño a 2,75€. El servicio muy atento.
