"I have made a booking with the restaurant based on the menu, but when we arrived we got a completely different menu based on covid and outside the rate. but that should have been specified on the website! the bench was not to be expected, and I was not yet in the restaurant, was not at all comfortable. I also called in advance to find out if there were outside heaters, as I brought children, was said there are pavillons and heating only to find no pavillons with limited heaters, which are randomly distributed between tables. the food served in take boxes and wood cutlery, so this was unpleasant to eat. Eat and drinks took long to be served and we waited for the bill. we will not go back."

had a nice eating staff very polite to leave only by minors, a free drink was given to forget something, and when we got the bill we had been charged for them.

Nice atmosphere, food was small portions, had to order more sides, I had the pizza which was tiny and was a thin base so I would say it was a child’s size when ordering. Drinks were a fair price. Service was ok View menu

Booked tables and both orders went in a few minutes apart,our table service took a while but our friends table the food took nearly mins to be served after prompting staff twice. I am afraid it spoilt our evening as was waiting far too long.

I had a wonderful time celebrating my niece's birthday with my sister at this restaurant. The afternoon tea was delicious and the gentleman who served us was welcoming and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He is truly an asset to the restaurant. 5 stars.

The COVID measure were not great, had people moving from table to table, groups of people jumping from table to table to talk. Drinks and food going to the wrong table then forgotten about. Long wait, alot of staff but noone making sure people stay to the tables there assigned. I get it's outside and u can mix but not to the extent of jumping table to table over again. View menu

The plates were dirty, the cheese and ham sandwiches were basic and served on cheap bread, there was not enough cheese scones for each person, the cakes were all crumbled and looked like they were leftovers from other people. They only offered tea and did not offer coffee. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and the quality was poor. I will not be going back.
