We had a very pleasant lunch. Good and friendly service in warm surroundings. Grubby chair coverings are a bit of a let down.

Had a great meal followed by live music from Jax Hall inspired by Adele . Friendly staff and a great turn out . We will definitely be back

Absolutely amazing Sunday lunch to end the Christmas break . Our party had the traditional roast , the vegetarian option and the catch of the day which was my choice . Unfortunately the blackened salmon had been so popular it had sold out ….. but...

I dined at The Albion last night for the second time and felt compelled to leave a review. The food is outstanding, with my game pie last week and lamb shank last night both cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor. The service was provided by delightful, cheerful, and friendly staff in a pristine and elegant restaurant. It is truly a gem - a charming country pub nestled in picturesque surroundings. The fact that the place is always bustling is a testament to the commitment of the owner and staff to meeting customer expectations. I am eagerly anticipating my next visit.

The Albion used to be deserted on a Friday night. Then Paul Williams came along and turned it into the perfect village pub. It 's now got everything you want. Interesting locals, friendly and smiling bar staff, good hearty food with that touch of 'special ' meaning you wouldn 't be able to knock it up at home in the microwave for half the price and great beers from local Sixpenny Best Bitter, Timothy Taylor 's Landlord through to Guinness and a range of regular and premium lagers.
