Have to say what an amazing wee restaurant. We came in on the off chance of getting a seat and we were treated like we had been here a 100 times, staff were so accommodating. The food was great with really big portions. We will...be back.

From the moment we walked through the door we were made welcome, all the staff greeting us with a smile. The menu is varied with a number of daily specials too. We had three courses, all were well presented and cooked to perfection. We'll definitely...return when we next visit the Ards Peninsula.

Sneaked in for lunchtime treat with family this week and it never fails to disappoint, Welcomed and looked after by Aimme Kaitlyn as always. Menu always temping and checking out the days specials. Amazing service and the food was perfect, so fresh and tasty,...everyone got something different and we all wanted a wee corner of each other’s food haha Chef Phil called out to make sure everything was well and managed easily to talk us into a cheeky dessert. Next time back will be for an evening meal after checking the menu. Thanks to all

Despite being organised pretty much at the last minute, we had a fantastic 18th Birthday Brunch in the room upstairs which we had all to ourselves. Phil was great to deal with and extremely well priced. All the food was fantastic with our party of...12 choosing 5 different options from the Brunch Menu, everyone of which was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were great and very attentive, despite being really busy, and the restaurant had a lovely lively vibe. Would thoroughly recommend Alchemy for a visit and we plan to be back soon to try the weekend evening Menu !!

"We have eaten in Grace Neill many times the food has always been very good and we enjoy the live music. Tonight we booked a table for 4 in the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed lovely starters and main courses. The problem arose when we realised that the table was flooded with water, my husband’s trousers were soaking and my dress could have been rung out. We drew this to the attention of the waitress who went and got the manageress. We suggested that the ice bucket was leaking. The manageress said this was unlikely, held it up in the air and then admitted that it was in deed leaking. She offered me some ‘blue towels’ to dry my dress off and when I declined she offered to take me ‘into the disabled toilet’, which I found rather bizarre and also declined. When the bill came £191) no gesture had been made to compensate for soaking our attire. I took the bill to the girls at the till and asked them to have another look at it, in light of our soaking clothes. The manageress returned to the table, with a new bill, having deducted an amount by way of compensation, for which we were grateful, but then she proceeded to comment that I had been rude to staff. Ironically, we found this comment rather rude in itself and also totally unnecessary. Having admitted that our dining experience was not perhaps 100%, it was rather counter productive to then claim we had been rude. It also further exacerbated our dissatisfaction. A disappointing end to what should have been another lovely meal in our local pub. Perhaps some management training in customer service would be useful."
