"Was hoping for a good experience. Booked a table on the 11th with a nice waiter.. today on arrival we see a very arrogant and self-absorbed waiter. Order a bottle of white wine. This one comes over from their warehouse, warm... albeit in a wine cooler. Waiters keep messing around with the dishes in the restaurant, busier with this than your guests. Waiter should think about hygiene, himself, smells of sweat.. Vinens waited 15 min. When the food arrives my fish is served with a very strong jalapeño sauce, inedible. This made this very day, which means a lot to my girlfriend and I, a huge disappointment. Will never come again and cannot recommend the place."

My girlfriend I had an awful experience here. It took 2 hours for one antipasto, a couple of tasteless fried artichokes, 2 excessively salty pasta dishes. The one waiter was unfriendly inattentive. Although, he certainly offered to refill my wine often. Avoid this osteria. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Terrible owner, decent food but with small portions, you pay a cover charge of €4.50 each (including children) and if they bring your dish late they don't give you time to eat because they bring you the bill while you're still finishing . Their only aim is to free the table for the next customers. The only positive note is the very polite and attentive Sommelier. They squeeze 3 tables in places where they should have 1 at the most, waitress can’t pass between tables without touching or hitting a client’s elbow, dogs are more welcome than kids, the first thing they say to a client is that they have to leave within an hour, they don’t make their clients feel comfortable at their house, food doesn’t worth what it costs sorry Vinitaly is not a excuse. We love Verona. We’ve been in other restaurants during Vinitaly and this is the first time we have a bad experience. Kid-friendliness: I would not recommend this restaurant with or without kids.
