"the place has a wonderful view, we dined in the evening and the view of the sea and the castle was a dream, which knows what marvel will be with the sunlight. professionalism and impeccable service, quick attention, they made us feel good. most of us took the pizza and was good. I dared with fried calzone, very big and good ingredients. who took the mussels did not find them very goose (but maybe it will be for the period) and also the pasta inside. average in fact, they recommended it for pizza. Italian chips are very good. recommended recommended"

very nice location on the seafront of napoli right in front of the castel of the ovo. we ate outdoors getting the vision of the manor. we tried pizza and chips, both very good with quality ingredients. good price quality ratio.

This place is always busy, and I’m glad I finally gave it a try. Despite the crowd, I was surprised at how quickly my dinner arrived. The steak was cooked perfectly, and I enjoyed the potatoes. However, the veggies were overcooked. The server was good, but I didn’t appreciate the pressure to leave a tip. View menu

This place had some great food for the price. The calamari was some of the best that I have ever had, and all the pizzas were very good. The mussels were some of the most fresh that I have ever had. The only thing I did not like about this place was the server kept mentioning that we tip him throughout the entire time. I don’t like when people ask for tips, so it was annoying during the experience.

"Very nice ambience. The restaurant is located in an old construction near Baia's port. You eat in the middle of an old courtyard, feeling like you are back in the 1950s. Very good tableware. A bit less comfortable is the entrance, as the place is right on the street, very busy and dangerous on saturday night. Service is good too, just a bit harrassing with waiters explaining every dish with long descriptions one forgets the second lates they finish. That is part of an atmosphere the owner wants to be classy and elegant. The problem is that food is not at the same level. I mean, it is good and fresh, especially raw fish, but preparations are too standard to justify an averagely high price. In a table of 7, we had cold and hot starters including raw seafood and one main dish (paranza fried fish for some and catch of the day for the others), plus 5 desserts and white wine. I believe 310€ are a bit too much for what we had, not really in terms of quantity, but for the quality of the preparations. One example is the cold starter: a dish composed by 5 different starters to be eaten from left to right, from lighter to stronger taste. You start with one single raw sea truffle, go on with a tuna tartare, one single raw baby red shrimp with burrata, raw calamari slices and finally smoked salmon. Good quality and right taste, but nothing new, no special work from the chef, that's food you can find in every good-standard restaurant in the area of Naples. Same with the fish we had: too simple. In my view, simplicity is a positive value in food, but not for a place that wants to construct its own style on a classy and elaborate (and expensive) cuisine concept. Different situation concerning the desserts which I personally didn't try but left my friends with very good sensations. In conclusion, it's worth a try, can be good for a romantic tête-à-tête or a dinner with friends, but don't expect a special experience."
