"absolutely 10! both the environment, the restaurant, the staff and above all the food have been fantastic. We have eaten the tasting menu of bertako and has been a complete success, well presented dishes, the right rhythm and the simply exquisite food. We have been treated terribly, constantly attentive to comensals despite being quite full. respect the covetous measures properly. We have enchanted all the dishes above all the carrilleras (a delicacy,) the entrance has been fantastic and in a ration of perfect size not to stay hungry but to get to the dessert, therefore in a good balance. later we have been advised that the coffee that was in the enabled area and has been a success. Jorge has guided and modified to the drop an excellent menu for our wedding that will be there next month and we are looking forward to"
