"we have visited Arundel house a number of times and every time the food is just incredible. I had the chicken liver parfait which is just amazing. my daughter had the pumkin and parmesan soup which she said was the best soup she'd ever had. for main I had the lamb which again was to die for! my husband had the fillet steak cooked to perfection! the desserts we absolutely delicious .salted caramel fondant was a favourite with us. all the icecreams/sorbets that went with them were so good. everything we ate was homemade and tasted amazing. we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. the place itself is a little on the small side but typical quaint Arundel restaurant and very nice vintage feel. the service for drinks was a little slow but we will keep going back as the food is the best in the area and we do love to eat out a lot. This is top class fine dining. if you haven't tried it,go and see for yourselves. you will certainly be impressed by the high standard of food.highly recommended"

I really wanted to give a poor view of Arundel House, in order that the cat isn't let out of the bag!!!

We were a party of 4 , and all chose differently. we were all pleased with our selections, and it was nice to see a menu reflecting seasonal food.

This is a little gem right in the centre of Arundel. So clean and well equipped we had the most amazing stay. I'd recommend this 100% This is accommodation only there is no eating facilities.

An incredible starter for two of crayfish and chicken parfait. A main of guinea fowl and sea bass. All cooked to perfection at an incredible value. The ambiance and attention to detail are top notch. Great hosts. A great restaurant.

We left the castle and headed into town, popped into a few antique shops , and then spotted the red lion,as it was such a lovely day we sat outside in the beer garden,we placed our order for lunch ,and within a short while it was delivered to our table, and i must say a very good presentation, and the taste was just as good , big thumbs up,

One of my regular favourites in Arundel. The restaurant has a very warm feeling to it and I like the unique 'chintzy ' tableware which is reflective of Kim 's attention to detail. Lovely bread to start with and a menu that has a traditional background but with a modern twist. Service is first class. Every meal here has been a great experience.

Called in on the offchance for dinner while we were away for the weekend. Limited menu but food was 'amazing '; service and welcome were superb and cost was very reasonable. Small shop included in this restaurant and the glassware was really good and honestly priced. We enjoyed our first night there so much we went back the second night and tried something difference on the menu which was also superb. Apparently they do rooms as well and I know where we will be booking next time. A Must if in Arundel.,

We visited Arundel House for a Saturday Cabaret evening with Julie Stardust; this was our first visit here . We were greeted with complimentary champagne and the evening just got better and better.Kim , the owner , has created a fabulous dining environment . The table setting is excellent with fresh white table linen , crystal glassware and a high quality feel to everything. We were offered a set three course menu with a choice of starters . mains and desserts . Everything was superb and the portion sizes were perfect. The time flew by and we can't wait for the next one.
