"Restaurant near the Port of Bermeo, a typical restaurant in the area with delicious homemade food made with local products. We went as a couple and ate two menus of the day, the tuna marmitako for starters with a house salad and Second, a pork chop, grilled tuna and for dessert homemade baked cheesecake. "If you like potato omelette this bar is the Cathedral of Tortillas . Whichever one is richer!!! You can 't leave the bar without tasting them all because you don 't know which one to choose since they have an exquisite flavor and are so juicy that they melt in your mouth as if they were a delicate mousse. In particular, the ones we like the most are mushrooms and black pudding because there are very few places and also very few know how to make them as well as in Atxurra. If you pass through Mundaka and don 't try one of the tortillas from Bar Atxurra you are committing a sin. 100% recommended both for its excellent tortillas and pintxos and for its friendly and close customer service that makes you feel at home in this txikitin bar, cozy, quiet and with good music. "Hemos comido hoy en este restaurante y la experiencia ha sido muy buena, la atención del personal ha sido muy correcta y la comida muy muy buena. Hemos pedido micuit, la ración bastante abundante, un poco justa de tostaditas pero hemos pedido más, unos huevos rotos en los que el jamón estaba espectacular, se deshacía en la boca y un chuletón de 1.300 KGS que viene acompañado de patatas fritas naturales , pimientos y una ensaladita de lechuga y cebolla, de postre una tarta de queso que nos ha recomendado el camarero y desde luego tenía razón, era espectacular) y un helado de mandarina. Hemos comido 2 adultos y una niña y cierto es que no es un sitio barato para ir todos los días pero para un de vez en cuando o como nosotros que no somos de país vasco y estábamos pasando unos días es una opción muy muy buena. Tiene una zona exterior muy maja pero hoy llovía mucho y no hemos podido estar en ella."

"With the help of one extremely nice lady, who literally walked us to the restaurant, we did find the right place to eat called “Bermeoko Kafe Antzokia”. No tourists there, excellent service and one absolutely charming young girl, who spoke perfect English and translated the menu for us. For starter, we had mixed salad with tuna and delicious lentils with sausage. For the main course, we both had turbot with greens, and for desert we decided in the traditional Basque creme it was mouthwatering... too bad I forgot the name of it. We also got a bottle of red wine, a big bottle of water and delicious bread included in the 13€ per person price. Unbelievable! Thank you for making our short stop in Bermeo so memorable!"
