"El Asador Carlos V lo encontramos en la lista de restaurantes recomendados a nuestro paso por Viveiro. No teníamos reservación pero inmediatamente nos hicieron pasar. Una atención rápida y muy agradable. Probamos su menú del día (viernes). Gran variedad de primeros y segundos. Mi hijo pidió el entrecot del menú principal. Las porciones son INMENSAS. Quedarás saciado, si o si. Muy delicioso todo. Volveremos cuántas veces pasemos por Viveiro."

Hay que reservar de antemano, si no te toca esperar mucho porque es un restaurante muy concurrido. Fuimos por recomendación porque por fuera no llama la atención para entrar. Tengo que decir que la calidad de lo que comimos (solomillo, entrecot, arroz con Leche y filloa) fue suprema. La atención excelente. Para apuntar y repetir sin duda la próxima visita a Viveiro. Pedimos la cazuela de pulpo, gambas y almejas de primero que estaba riquísima. De segundos pedimos chuletón de Frisona a la piedra y entrecot de porco celta y por último de postres tarta de queso y arroz con leche. Nos dieron la opción de llevarnos lo poco que quedó del chuletón para nosotros o por si teníamos animales y en la bolsa también nos metieron el hueso. El trato excepcional la verdad, súper amables y volveremos seguro.
