"I was working at an event at the hotel over the weekend and was slightly disappointed by the limited vegan options on the menu. However, I decided to try the vegan Moving Mountains burger with vegan mature cheese and fries. The burger had a delicious smoky flavor and was quite satisfying. Although there were only 2 vegan options available and no vegan starters or desserts, the burger was filling enough for me."

Service was really good, the food was really tasty, we loved the rib eye! Sadly it was let down by waiting over 30 minutes for a slice of cheesecake when the restaurant was nearly empty!

The service was not up to par, the food was subpar, and the waitstaff was unresponsive. If it weren't for its proximity to the Eurotunnel, I highly doubt anyone would choose to stay at this hotel. I have no intention of returning. View menu

Disappointed. This hotel used to be special. Now it is being run down with no investment and staff have no concept of service, save a gentleman in the spa who was super. Would not bother staying here again, pay extra and go to Champneys nearby

The staff were lovely but poorly trained, service very slow, no water until I asked, offered tomato sauce and brought a totally empty bottle. Ice cream with dessert was just a puddle when it made it to the table. But staff very polite I didn't have the heart to complain.

The seats were uncomfortable and the carpet was not very clean. The service was slow, especially with our drinks, and the food was overly salty. We ordered the lamb. It would be helpful if the menu had photos of the dishes so we could see what they look like before ordering. View menu

I was together at the weekend at an event in the hotel. not many vegan options, I had the vegan moorburgers with vegan ripen cheese and fries. a really delicious burger, had a nice smokey taste. only 2 vegan options on the menu, no vegan starter or desserts, but the burger was filled enough.

Lovely hotel but the restaurant let's it down a little for the evening meal as one of my friends is a vegan and there was nothing available that she could eat without being very spicy. We asked for other options and was offered the lunch time menu as there were more vegan/vegetarian options. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from and all hot.
