"I found Au fil des Saisons searching for a fine restaurant to celebrate our stay in Paris and picked it because it was less than km from our hotel. The restaurant is located on a narrow side street in the Le Marais area of...Paris. It would have difficult for me to find without my smartphone's GPS. It's a cozy restaurant with comfortable seating. We were met as we entered the restaurant by our waiter. She was friendly, attentive and very helpful explaining the menu in English. We had an extraordinary meal that had everything we expected from a fine French restaurant. Our first course was chestnut soup prepared to perfection. My wife had seabass for her main course and I had a medium-rare duck breast. We shared french toast with caramel sauce for desert. The entire experience was exceptional in every respect, including the house Merlot and the cost. We used TheFork (a TripAdvisor company) to make online reservations, which included a discount, and a most remarkable and memorable experience as well."

We went to this restaurant with my husband on our first night in Paris It was a really pleasant experience. The food was excellent , the different kinds of meat very well cooked and very tender. The service as well was great. We really loved...this place and we would recommend it.

We are touring Paris. This restaurant gave me a true Parisian experience. I can’t understand the menu. The server speaks English enough to translate it. But wow. Try the beef filet, get it medium rare and maybe more on the rarer side. Pair it with...Beaujolais wine. Finish with Brioche something and and coffee. You won’t regret it. Forget those restaurants adjacent to monuments. View menu

Got there by chance, after the place we were heading too was overbooked.Looked like a cosy traditional French cuisine restaurant.Interesting that the personnel and management is all South Asian. Very nice, but it was add for a traditional French restaurant.Nice décors and be ready to only choose from a menu selection. No à la carte. But the top award goes to the saumon fumé - smoked saumon. Deliciously smoked and wonderful texture. Surprising for such kind of restaurant.

We went to eat a Saturday night. We were four. we are greeted by the owner who speaks very little English and Italian but who shows himself very nice. menus written on huge black paintings. simple but sufficient implementation. We had four entries, four main dishes, two desserts, a glass of wine and a coffee. 128 euros, excellent price for the quality of the food eaten. prices of low-lying wines, like a little everywhere in paris. the salmon aperitif and the second duck dish are highly recommended. absolutely to try the huge final enjoyol.
