"The cream of the crop of an Eguisheim visit. The food we ate was absolutely amazing. All dishes were beautifully served and were so tasty! One of the best restaurants I ever been at. Not a lot of choices in the menu, but each one of them is a blast. The deserts were fabulous as well. I had two Pavlovas as the first one disappeared so quickly… The service was just great. Quick, professional and with a smile."

"Yes it was crowded and yes we were quite late but.....the staff gave the impresssion that they couldn't care less. This may have given me a worse impression of the food than was quite fair but the place generally had a very scrappy and lazy...air. My choucroute was OK but my partner's steak was tough and badly cooked. Wine was average (given that it's in a vineyard! . La Taverne Medievale is 10 minutes walk into the village and infinitely better. The hotel which is next door to Le Belle-Vue and managed by the same people is very good and suffers from none of the above issues."

"Un déjeuner un lundi très agréable. La jolie façade du restaurant a tout le charme d'une maison alsacienne. L'accueil est aimable et sympathique. La grande salle est sobre avec de belles bouteilles d'exception posées à certains endroits. Elles sont bien évidemment vides et ont été dégustées par d'autres clients amateurs de vins d'exception. Les menus et la carte proposent des plats variés à des prix très étudiés. Il y deux grandes cartes des vins que nous n'avons pas ouvertes. Nous avons préféré choisir des vins au verre. Les mets sont de qualité et les cuissons maitrisées. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant où nous reviendrons très certainement pour le très bon rapport qualité prix, l'accueil, le service, les explications et découvrir la fabuleuse carte des vins."

"during our spring stay in alsace, we went to the restaurant la palette, in wettolsheim. I had been there several decades ago. at the time, he was named the Florent father. the spacious dining room was modernized while keeping some elements of the 1970s and others very old. It’s a little surprising! the masterpiece of this room, it is naturally the beautiful wooded ceiling that has been well preserved! some works of art exhibited here and there bring color touches. Hence the name of the establishment the palette! We were greeted in a sober way. throughout the meal, the service was attentive, but a distant strand. there was a moment of waiting between the dishes. On the side of the dishes, the menu offers several menus, including a vegetarian, it’s in the air of time! the map of the very interesting wines. We chose the menu of the month. First of all, a light-hearted amuse. First entrance, a fatty liver with spring vegetables, pickles. two small things however: the preparation was very cold and there was a little too much acidity! Second entry: a mid-cuit tuna escalope in the pak choi, a yuzu-based vinaigrette. The fish was too cooked, so a little dry. the main dish, a beef minced, small spring peas, beans, small carrots, curry-based sauce. The meat was tender. Very tasty sauce. dessert, a melting hazelnut, with a praline sauce. delicious. Finally, chocolate domes and two small verrines. a bottle of Alsatian white wine, organic, which was interesting. we appreciate the quality of Alsatian white wines! In summary, the chef offers quality cuisine, traditional, an inventive brin, with original associations. I quickly observed the mastered side of the event caterer! the value-price relationship is appreciable!"

"Dans un des plus beau village de France un hôtel d’un bon standing, avec une deco soigné et sobre.Côté chambre, nous avons eu la chambre en façade, qui disons le est. Assez bruyante en journée avec le passage,mais repas de bruit en soirée.L’aménagement de la chambre est verte classique mais aménagé avec goût et sobriété.salle de bain indépendante avec baignoire.Côté petit déjeuné, de quoi rassasier une équipe de rugby.. un vaste choix de charcuterie et fromages locaux, une machine à œuf ( pour avoir son œuf parfaitement à son goût.. la première fois que je voyais cela ) Pains et viennoiseries tout chaud si vous arrivez au début du service ( 8h00 ) un choix de confitures et de miels toutes meilleures les une que les autres..Et du bon the certes en sachet mais de belle qualité..La cerise sur le gâteau des yaourts natures ( maison ? ) dans des petits pots de confiture.. une tuerie !L’accueil du serveur, simplement parfait souriant et parlant plusieurs langues.. aux petits soins pour ces clients ..A ne pas louper si vous passez par la."
