"Can't give info on staying here only on foot and ails plus disabled access great they've got a ramp portable. But there are issues with access to toilet and 2 set's steps plus 1 small step which was very annoying but doable. Access to toilet is one big step down so be prepared. Alis are brilliant food okay but mash is packet powder I'm no expert. Hotel highlights: Romantic"

The bar staff were unfriendly to non-locals, and the food was a disappointment. It’s worth driving into town instead. Service: 2, Location: 5.

We received a warm welcome for both ourselves and our little dog. We enjoyed a delicious steak and the most delightful lemon sponge pudding we've ever had!

Just used the pub and I thought it was awful, poor choice of food and quite expensive which doesn't help. Shame really because the place has quite good potential. Service: 3 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Quiet

We were staying at the camp site next door and thought we go to this local pub. The bar man was very rude to us and made us feel very unwelcome. We were told that we couldn't sit at a table after we ordered drinks, stating it was reserved for food only, however no one was using it. Service: 1

The bartender was really friendly and provided a lot of helpful information about the area. I was initially a bit hesitant due to the prices, which were higher than what we’re used to in North Devon. However, the Goan Prawn Curry and Beef Madras were both generous portions and delicious, making the extra cost well worth it. I will definitely be back!
