The restaurant is quaint, quiet and intimate. The three course dinner offer is well -worth booking as this is great value and the food is really tasty. The staff are friendly , warm and pleasant.

Ordered over the phone, gave all my details. Then I phoned back 45 minutes later and they said it would be another 45 min and can I take your order again!! Shocking service and they did not oppologise!

I have been to this small restaurant many times and always enjoy the friendly service and delicious food. While it is recommended to make reservations on the weekends, the experience is always great. The restaurant is decorated with many paintings, adding to the charm of the place.

This place use to be better or at least on a par with the Cotton House in Longcroft, but not anymore. Services is a lot slower than it used to be and food quality has taken a bit of a dip recently. Even though its...slightly more expensive I might move to the Cotton House as a more regular than here.

The food at this restaurant is decent, but not exceptional. The service is also extremely poor. I have visited this place multiple times, and they always take much longer than expected to deliver orders. Even when you order ahead and go pick it up yourself, they still take ages. I have had to wait for my food to be prepared on a couple of occasions because they didn't start making it until I arrived. I would recommend going somewhere else, like Bamboo Gardens or Cotton House, which are nearby. View menu

I Called at 7pm on a Sunday evening for a takeaway which I was picking up, I gave my order and was told it would be ready in 20 mins. I arrived 30 mins later and it wasn't ready. 55 mins later and after asking...4 times how long it would be it finally arrived. The poor girl taking the orders was demented by the amount of folk waiting and moaning about how long they were waiting, the Chinese lady floating around didn't seem interested in explaining or helping HER customers, she just disappeared into the back shop. I used these Chinese regularly when it was the beijinger house in banknock, then it moved to bonnybridge and was just as good. My husband, our families, and I used to be regular customers at this restaurant, but in recent months we have noticed a significant decline in the quality of both the service and the food. During our last visit, we were disappointed by the dishes that we had enjoyed many times before. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she informed us that there was a new chef, but assured us that the recipes and ingredients were the same.
