"I made a reservation for a birthday dinner with my family of 5 before a theatre show. Although we received an email confirmation, when we arrived, they claimed they had no record of our booking. After some discussion, they were able to accommodate us at a table meant for 4. The food was decent and reasonably priced, especially considering its location near Leicester Square. I would consider returning, but I would definitely double check and confirm the booking beforehand."

We had a pleasant dining experience following our visit to the theater. Although there was a mix-up with our reservation upon arrival, we still enjoyed our meal in the end.

a beautiful restaurant with outside seats. the place was busy, but the service was fast. the waitress was super friendly. eating was very good. the location is good, there are three places close by. they need to check their bill, so many restaurants in these days they add the cost in the bill according to the size of the group.

book a birthday dinner in front of the theatre for a family we got an email confirmation, but when we arrived, we were told that they had no booking. Nevertheless, after a conversation they managed to get us into a table of eating, was well worth considering his right next to leicester square. I would go back, but would check the booking. a good selection of restaurant for those who go to or to leicester place to the theater. food from a good standard and good value price-performance dishes compared to similar chains of restaurants in the region for main courses, although very disappointed with the small portions with the starters four chicken wings for almost comfortable sitting with good service by attentive staff.

This restaurant is a great option for those heading to the theatre in or around Leicester Square. The food is of a high standard and offers excellent value compared to other chain restaurants in the area, especially for main courses. However, I was disappointed with the small portions of the starters, such as four chicken wings for nearly £7. The seating is comfortable and the staff are attentive and provide good service.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
