"we've already visited the carmagnole a few times, so I think it's time to give her something dear. this small restaurant is probably one of the most beautiful places for French eating in hamburg. as it is well known to the locals, they should definitely reserve a table, especially if it is cold outside. there are few places in the inner, if they don't mind, they can also eat at the bar. eating is extraordinary! besides French classics like moules et frites (muskles and pommes), there are varying dishes depending on the season and it is always worth surpriseing by the tageskarte. the personal is very friendly, the drinks are great and what I like best about this place is that it is not too chic. which does not mean that it is cheap, it only means that it fits to the hilly quarter that surrounds it. it is located just a few steps from the alternative center hamburgs, where you can find many caffes and small shops. some call it getriated, I have seen how the area has changed, and I have to say I prefer it to what it was 20 years ago..."

Hamburg, a port city in northern Germany, is known for its maritime heritage, vibrant culture, and local dishes like Fischbrötchen and Labskaus. It's a blend of old charm and modern vibe.
