"We came across this bistro by chance, looking for a postman where we could stop for lunch during our first day in Rome. What to say? A wonderful discovery! Platters of cured meats and cheeses, with truly excellent bruschetta and supplì, not to mention the porchetta sandwich, strictly without cheese , because traditional Roman cuisine must be respected, but embellished with a balsamic vinegar glaze, an excellent combination suggested by the owner , really nice and at the same time very professional, who was able to make us spend a very pleasant lunch break, the perfect start to our holiday! Thank you with all my heart! We will definitely come back to visit you!"
