this was my 2nd time in the block house. I usually leave a restaurant not hungry, but it happened at both places. well noticed, we, my colleagues

we ate in the block house to night and went more than once there... it became a favorite among our children. it was full at any time and the service was still very good and no long waiting time for eating. View menu

Habe das American Tendeloin bestellt. Ich wurde mit diesem Steak für ALLE misslungenen Steaks, die ich bis jetzt essen musste, entschädigt. Es war -man kann es nicht anders sagen- ein Erlebnis. Vielen Dank dafür! Der Nachtisch wurde auch mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und saubere Lokalität der Block Haus kette. Das Essen war wieder von bester Qualität. Leider werden die Preise immer höher (was man absolut nachvollziehen kann) aber die Portionen gleichzeitig immer kleiner (was ich wiederum nicht verstehen kann)

Die Haut der Baked Potato war total hart. Hätte so gar nicht rausgegeben werden dürfen. Bei Beanstandung kam nur die Frage: wollen Sie eine Neue ? Schlechter Service. Um 15.30 Uhr kaum Betrieb, wir wurden von insgesamt 5 Kellnern bedient, die wohl alle Quereinsteiger ohne Einarbeitung waren. Portionen klein und unangemessen teuer. View menu

Habe Backkartoffel ohne Sour Creme bestellt zu meinem Essen. Kam natuerlich mit Sour Creme in der Kartoffel. Habe es reklamiert. Am Ende wurde dann zuviel berchnet 2x Putenbruststeaks je 16. Euro, 1 Kaffee 3,50 Euro +1 Cappuccino 3,70 Euro zusammen 39,20 Euro). Habe es leider erst abends gemerkt, das ich beschissen worden bin. Rechnung betrug lt. Kellnerin 45,70 Euro. Werde nicht wieder kommen in ein Restaurant in dem man Beschissen wird!!!!

we visited this place by chance when we ran in the opposite. we wanted to drink a small beer and decided to eat at lunchtime. eating was excellent, the personal was friendly and professional. we enjoyed our eating very and the price was very competitive with 15 euro for a beautiful huftsteak. they also had a large selection of salates in the offer, we had tomato salad, which tasted great with a beautiful dressing. we sat outside near the local weekly market, which was also very interesting.

the children wanted to take us to two other restaurants, but both had closed, and it was late: not the best reasons to try a new one for us locally. we were very positiw surprised by the very good quality of the served feed us around almost 22 clock in the block house at the Jungfernstieg in hamburg, and the service was also very good! it was actually the best steakmeat burger I had in the last few years, and that, although I had ordered the same dish in good restaurants in the states! and the view over the innermost was fantastic! overall a repetition worth, just not the next day.
