"Booked this place for 8 people to celebrate a Graduation. Off to a bad start, no-one greeting guests at arrival and was left standing for at least 5 minutes before a waitress who seemed to have an attitude finally showed us to our table. Service was ok to start with taking drinks and main meal orders reasonably promptly. However when the drinks arrive there was an extra drink that no-one had ordered. The main courses then arrived in dribs and drabs with at least 10minutes(possibly longer) between the first dish arriving and the last one, by which time the fist dishes had cooled noticeably. Food was ok but nothing special. Make sure you check the menu and prices before you go as the costs can quickly escalate. Also we had one guest who likes to enjoy their food and takes their time eating it. This didn 't stop the staff clearing the rest of the table leave this one individual still eating, felt completely inappropriate and a clear sign to get a move on. Ordered desert which again was ok but nothing special. Then the fun of trying to get the bill and pay for it. Our original waitress seemed to have disappeared and finally managed to attract a member of staffs attention from the opposite side of the room. Asked for the bill and eventually someone came over with the bill then walked away. I assumed that they were away getting the payment reader but no. Had to finally flag down the Manager and asked to pay. He did return with the card reader at least. Spoke to the Manager on the way out and expressed our huge disappointment and clearly stated that this would be our FIRST AND LAST TIME . He offered an apology but by that time just wanted to get out of the place. No I would not recommend this place!"

eating and service was phenomenal! was a day trip and happy that I was over. personally, where professional and welcome feels. the chefs have talent and the landscape speaks for themselves! highly recommended! my new favorite place!

eating is a bad standard for the connection with a star hotel like kamer house, service was not the biggest either slow and inattentive. beautiful settings that they can not deny, but eating is certainly not on the standard and we do not pay higher prices when the food and service it is worth, unfortunately not the case here better in the entebay if they are looking for high quality gurke. was

lunch in the boathouse, perfect after a champagne cruise (high recommended). the personal was beautiful and well copied with a food restriction. we ordered a few appetizers and nets as well as drinks. came to serve for three. eating was very slow to come, although the restaurant is nowhere near. the deaf breast start was cold and hard. tenpora veg was delicious, but the pizza was really nothing to rave. they come for the view of the hole and the beautiful atmosphere. staff very friendly and attentive, but really let them by the food

I'm not sure how main meals managed to have zero flavour. Nice place but so let down by the food and the price it would be on the dear side if it was good. Also charging for children's veggie snack is disgusting- few sticks of carrot and cucumber. The only good thing about our experience (that we had sadly looked forward to) was the wine and the lovely waitress Alysha. The food: pasta was DRIPPING in oil, which is apparently the only thing put on it. The medium rare steak could barely be cut, v well done. Lobster and everything else was utterly tasteless.
